Sorry you weren't able to attend your son's graduation. Did he order a DVD on the PIR? I've heard of Skype but never used it. I believe there is a Group for Nukes if that is exactly what it's called. Thanks for the comment on my pics, I think I've changed a few since then. For graphics just copy and paste the code into the area and save.

Hi Linda & Welcome,
You will find encouragement, support, and lots of info here at N4M.
What will your son Mark be doing in the Navy? Congrats on his PIR! He did graduate yesterday, is that correct? Hope you enjoyed the time with your son. There is a group here for Moms with more than one child in the Military. I believe the name is Multiples in Military Group if I'm not mistaken. Hope to hear from you, take care, Karen.

Linda God bless you... I know how hard it is to get in the "Christmas spirit" when our kids are gone.. I have raised two sets of children... My oldest son was in the Navy in the early 90's before cells and computers and I was at a loss and only cried most of the holiday. I was determined with the internet not to have mom's feeling so alone and feeling like we couldn't do anything. that is why the blue candles. I remember when mine wasn't at home and this is Chris first year in but this year he will be home and next maybe not. If he doesn't get to come home next year my whole tree will be blue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if people as why.... I will say I am going the NAVY WAY....... Blue everywhere!!! Give your mom and dad a huge hug... and God Bless you all
