Mom of 4, 1 grand-daughter. Married for 22 years. My son is in boot camp in Great Lakes, IL. Specializing in Aviation. He is almost 20 years old. I grew up as a Navy child and from a Navy family.

From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
How structured the Navy is, and how important it is in order to make them into the Sailors they want. So that they can serve our country and be in the right frame of mind in all aspects.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
This was a maturing experience, The Navy has a lot to offer, This was the best decision he/she could have made
