The Wasp is still in the yard at portsmouth for now...not sure where it will be in december....often they are not allowed specifics to be given out......but if and when they go out....thank god for email! I am very proud I come from a long line of Navy.....but chuck is a great young man....more than i could have prayed for.....! The ship is not that big so chances are....our sons will find one another! keep in touch....have a wonderful holiday!

I am glad to find someone who has a Sailor on the USS Wasp. My son, CJ, has orders to report to Norfolk on 29 December 08 and he will be a BM on the Wasp and in the ESWS program. Where is the Wasp now and how long does it stay in port and deployed? Just very curious about everything about it now. Chuck must be doing well in the Navy. I know you are so proud of him!
My name is Catherine the Admin and I want to thank you for joining us! To help you know the “Do’s and Don’ts” for the community- I wrote up a quick little ditty for you to read. So click here and read them (pretty please with a cherry on top because the rules are enforced)! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns afterwards- please don’t hesitate to contact me.
So, enjoy your time here and I'm looking forward (along with the community) to reading more about you. :D
Sincerely, Catherine
