I am going to try and attend. My grandsons have Pinewood Derby Sat. morning. If the weather is bad, I probably won't make it....hate to drive in the rain.

Hi Marian, I guess my son's crew just turned the boat over to your son's. Matt is so glad to be back this was his 3rd time out. These outtings seem to get a little harder on him since he got married and has a one year old to leave behind. He is looking forward to finishing up his sea duty and staying stateside. I am looking forward to seeing them in a couple of weeks, we will be out that way for about a week. My thoughts and prayers will be with Kevin as they ready the boat for the
Wyomings next deployment.

I have a daughter that is a senior at GSU. I live in Savannah- let me know when and where for SE GA Moms gathering- I would love it- We have quite a few bistros, coffee shops in downtown Savannah that are fun and unique... My sons PIR is 2/13, so I can not attend the gathering in north Ga this weekend- trying to save all the money I can to go to GL. Happy Thursday :=)

We may actually get a plan together Marian!!! I hate Macon!!! But...will be flexable. Savannah is a nice thought too especially thinking of the Southern Moms group that might want to join us. We should spend some time trying to look at where everyone is coming in from and see if we can find a happy meeting place. It could end up being two different functions based on locations but I would love to do the initial meet and greet as one function. I started a discussion...where is everyone from in the group to kinda help figure this out. I work so probably cannot get to it until the weekend but my favorite (only) daughter is coming in from GA Southern so my weekend...will not be mine!
