As far as the cost of HI plates goes, he should be able to get a letter of non-residency from his command to get his HI plates for $25. My husband got this for both of our vehicles.
Too many STG's on a ship?? What ship is that so I can have hubby try for orders to that one next..... He's on a CG here in Pearl (probably knows Chief), and has half the STG's he had on his last CG in MS 6 years ago.... Ahhh the wonders of the Smart…
Rhonda, beginning of the year IS the rainy season, but that just means that everything will be nice and green instead of brown.... and the waterfalls will be at their best! :)

I know I said more, but like I said....I had a Homer Simpson moment and forgot the camera.... all the sailors, marines, soldiers, and airmen looked their best.
