Great call at 2 yesterday 952 is done only one of the div didnt pass BS. Didnt get a name. Some ( smart ones) broke the rules and now everyone has punish stuff....He is so glad that part is almost over. Say's his group has some of the DUMBiest peo...

For me United Airlines was the cheapest by far! Southwest was the most expensive! Oh and United was the only one with non-stop flights!

WardROom RPO
Okay, I couldnt get an answer in the groups or on the chat so maybe a blog will help. My son PIR is Friday Nov. 13th and he is the Wardroom RPO . He said that his job will prevent him from being seen at graduation. Is this so? Are there any Wardroom people out there? are any Officers who know if this is for real. I mean would they keep a kid from participating in their own PIR? HELP...

Angie F.- WA: HM mom said… - Hi omega, saw your call for a vote. Flanagans does a really good job, they love and support Navy Moms and have nice staff. Not exactly 5 star food, but it's a good variety and it's more about the get together anyways. =) Just wanted to advise that your Div Group try to make the whole PIR Group Meet and Greet, whereever that is. You probably won't get to meet many of those other Div Moms on PIR day, but you will see and sit with the Moms from your DIV. Each Div sits in assigned bleachers. (A ribbon, button or some other Identifier is always a good idea to be able to spot each other better. :) It's fine to have a more intimate gathering of just your Div gang. I tried to do that with the 6 of us AND our new Sailors (fun to hear their stories together) on Sunday for brunch, but only a few of us could make it. Hope it works out better for your Group! Oh, just to clarify, your 952v Div is apparently the Triple Threat Div, but other 900 Divs before and after you are Ship Staff or Flags. Didn't know if you realized that not all 900s were Triple Threat. :) Any further news on your son's PIR job situation??

I'd probably feel the same way, but I guess there's going to be all kinds of situations from here on out that are not ideal. My son does not play and instrument but when he called us that first Sunday he told us he was in this Div and had gotten chosen for a leadership role.
