Probably has to do with wiping the memory, I know those hotel key cards will get wiped going thru security at the base. It didn't seem to bother my credit or debit cards, maybe because they were in wallet inside my purse, but the key card in my pock…
Mine passed also, it was the lowest grade he's gotten since he got to GC, so he wasn't thrilled. But he PASSED!

Those are the restrictions that Lafe was told. We are in AZ and he said that it would take him a week to drive back. I offered to help drive and he said the restrictions are no matter how many drivers drive. He may be wrong, but he said he was going to look at shipping charges.

Congratulations on the new baby. I read that you had not heard from ALAN. Since Lafe is also a Nuke there is a chance that we may run into him. If we do, I will let you know. I can't imagine the joy & hurt you are going through at the same time. You and your family are in my prayers.

My son is in GC & is on T-track right now. He is planning on driving home for Christmas. Home is just outside of Tupelo, MS, which is 80 miles SE of Memphis. Would that help your son make it home? My son Lafe is going to be in the same situation. Since he doesn't really know when he will come home, it is hard to make plans. I have heard it is hard to get a flight out of SC around Xmas. Maybe Alan & Lafe can both find a ride to Memphis or Little Rock. He can fly out of their. I'm almost sure no one is going to drive all the way to AZ. If I can get him anywhere near Memphis, my oldest sister lives there and Lafe could make plans from there. He wants to take his car back to SC, even though he knows he can't drive it when he gets it there. I would rather him just wait. I am still not sure if our boys know each other or not since they are in differant divisions. Lafe has said there are 7 Nukes that he knows of. If you hear anything about a ride let me know.....Maybe I will put Lafe on a bus to Savanah or Columbus and fly from there....What is a mom to do?????
