The pics of Shane and the family look great. Andrew is coming home for christmas if only for 4 days ,but i will take it..He, like Shane is in a holding pattern, but has not moved out of CHicago yet. He is hope to be out to California buy Jan so that he can start school in Jan with the rest of the swic guys he started with. I was very surprised to hear that Shane and Svea got married congrates to them both.

Steve calls and texes often, he has looked around the place and loves it. He has plans for two weekends from now and Thanksgiving he is adopted out by a friend's family who have the same interests as us :)
It was great to meet you, your hubby, sons and the fiance. Hope to keep talking with you.

When I heard “Navy,” I:: Was concerned or afraid

From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:: There are other Moms out there who have been where I am now and who are always there willing to help and support each other. Thank you.

Also that my son has chosen a new and exciting road in his life. That road is building up his character as well as building up the morals and values that my husband and I have tried to instill in him so far in his life. Keep it up, Shane!!!!

Through this Navy experience, I now believe:: This was the best decision he/she could have made
