From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
They grow up so fast, and it is difficult letting go, but it's a part of life. We spend years trying to help them gain skills to become independent and need to realize when they make it that we've done our job and can look forward to a different sort of relationship with them, as adults...
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
Our relationship has grown stronger, This was a maturing experience

Hi Michelle, I was wondering how you are feeling? Better I hope. With the cold weather in Iowa do the kids get sick alot?How is your fur family. Oliver has been sick for 2 day's. I think he is better today. With his flat face, food can get stuck and he gets sick. I opened a can of Tuna and the cats really liked that. These pets are very spoiled. That's ok. Have you been getting some rest? Take care of your self. LOL
