About me:
I love to read, make newborn hats,for hospital's. and for adult 's to ,,i walk in the morning with a friend, we vacation with Glenn and his family,his wife Sarah is in the Navy to.my husband and i like to camp, and have a blast with Eric our grandson(glenn/sarahs.and new baby on the way.Glenn is a Chief petty officer .week after H.S he inlisted in 1988 hubby corrected me LOL

From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
to be patient when he is overseas. and when he is busy with work and don't hear from him like i did when he first went in the Navy.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

I make, quilts, placemates, table cloths and do a lot of mending for people. Right now I am working on a quilt for my brother inlaw, I am useing 30 years of boysouth t-shirts to make it when I am done it will be big enough to fit a king size bed. I will post pictures in a couple of months when I get it finished.
When my mom passed 5 years ago I got all her sewing stuff and all her talent, out of 5 girls and 2 boys in our family I am the only one that can sew like my mom. I make stuff and 2 times a year I get a booth at our citys grarage sale and sell the stuff I make. Since I am not working it keeps me busy and helps make a few extra bucks. I find it relaxing and comforting. here is my email address so we can talk more there mepeller@bellsouth.net

You thing what was posted upset you, you would have been really upset if you read what I got in my personal email box. I think I got 5 emails by the end of last night and was so hurt that I cried myself to sleep. I sent what I wrote to the administor and she said that it was not in anyway out of place, I did not harm anything.
I was just so hurt, I am not a mean or crule peoson, I am happy and easy going and I don't like to fight.
Have fun on your walk, its already staring to rain here so I guess its another day of sewing for me.

Micki, I am not going to leave N4M, it has been a very good support group for me. Yesterday it just hurt that people can be so cold and say some crule things and hurt people that way, I am a christian and feel very bad for lashing out like I did and I hope that I have not hurt your fellings in any way.
I also sent in a receipe for the cook book, it's Dani's favorite its a Shepards pie, that was the first meal I made when she came home on leave. Do you know when the deadline is to send receipes in?

I did not know the bush had a cook book, your cake sound yummy....where can I find out about it or is it the one that I joined the group?? I don't go on much either I check and leave I am always busy doing something. Your son new family picture is beautiful :-)
