Hi. My son is on the GW.
Question regarding the sending of packages while they are underway...do we send to the FPO or is there another address to send to? My son is needing personal items. How long does it usually take to deliver mail on the car...

Does anyone know how long the GW will be gone? My son called yesterday and told me they were leaving for awhile but he couldn't tell me for how long.

I can relate to all moms on this page, My son joined the Navy at 17, his first duty stationed is in Japan he's 18 now but by the time I see him again he'll be 22 yrs old. Wow how our babies grow. I TIm so much I thought it was going to be a bit ea...

- I've only been living in Etown for a few months..I'm living with my oldest daughter here..I lived just west of here for a few years. My son is still in Spain..has been for 3 years..he will be coming back to the states in May, he will be stationed in VA Beach. I can't wait to see him again. Thanks for commenting..

We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
