The time has almost come! I am in Norfolk and am so excited! Life is wonderful!

Families who have Sailors aboard the USS Ramage (DDG 61). The Ramage is stationed out of Norfolk, VA.
Two years ago one of the seargents where I work started basic training (the week after my son graduated) at the age of 43. He is now a medic and attached to a marine unit going out to Iraq in May. I definately admire courage like that.
Happy though…
Sounds wonderful - however I got to work that night. I am in Peoria, right next door to Phoenix, and the drive is too long. But have fun and enjoy it. Monika

I have been on this website for almost a year now and am still having trouble. I have to be honest, I don't spend a lot of time on the site, because I don't have much time, but I love this website and everyone I've come in contact with either in person or via e-mails and comments. I'm glad you are with us, I know you will love meeting other moms.

Avondale is south of Peoria about 18 miles. I lived in Peoria for 22 years and moved to Avondale in January 2008, If your son/daughter went to Peoria High School, chances are we've met. Anyway, I would love it if you can come to the Potluck and you will meet many wonderful moms. Last Potluck was in Peoria in November 2008. Hiromi
