Hi how are you doing Scott? My son has been in the navy for almost a year and get into program PS. We all know that it's overmanned right now so advancement isn't that good so he's planning to cross rate into an undermanned job like HM. What do you think the possiblity of getting approved in conversion?

One thing more. I've heard some rumors that PS is going away and civilians will take it over? Is it true? What's gonna happened with those personnel in this rating?

Any information would be greatly helpful. Thanks a lot.

Scott,
thank you for passing on my "heads at ease" project information. What a blessing! I just jotted a note to your mom yesterday and today I got a donation in the mail from Denise.
I am curious how you got wind of this to pass it on. I love networking. To date, we've sent/given 226.

Hi Scott! How are you doing?I just wanna know if there's a possibility that you can change the Duty Station that was given to you ! My son was stationed in a PSD here in USA and is it possible that if he request to change his orders from there in Mainland to Hawaii near home AT THE PSD TOO? He already reported to his First Duty Station and he will be there for ALmost 4 years. I was asking this cause I really wanted my son to be at home and near with me and family cause I can't live without him and I love him so much and It hurts to be away from my son.

I Would be Grateful for your responses and information. Thanks

God Bless

If Joyce has March 7th off, she's going to attend the Navy Moms potluck in Phoenix. She rarely has Saturday's off, so I don't know when you'll get a chance to present her with her surprise... :(

Profile Information

About me:
Hello all! I have been in the Navy for 19 1/2 years and 14 of those have been with Navy recruiting! I currently reside in Tucson, AZ where I am responsible for all Southern Arizona Navy recruiting activities. My overseas travels have taken me to the western part of the world (1989-1993) and my recruiting travels have landed me in Phoenix, AZ; Loveland, CO; St. Louis, MO; and now in Tucson, AZ (1993-Present). The Navy has enabled me to take advantage of MANY great opportunities; most recent and notable is earning my Bachelor's Degree in Marketing! :-) The Navy paid the way for it! YEAH! BTW... the pic is of me at my commencement ceremony in July '08.
