Profile Information

About me:
I joined this site November 17, 2008. It's been a God Send for sure! I happened to come across this site doing a Google search for information on the Navy and what my son would soon be doing. I'm a single mom from Southern Cali of 4 adult sons and a daughter. My son left for Boot Camp on Dec. 17, 2008. He was on Ship 12 / Div 103. Shane was in the DEP program about 6 months before he left. He's a MM. My kids are and always have been the most important thing in my life.

From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:

They are probably keeping him very busy at his job rate, but they are heading back so he will hopefully have some free time to call. Don't worry, he will call and put a smile on your face.

He just tried to call me and I missed his call so he left me a message saying that everything is ok and he will try to call back and he used one of his friends computer and emailed me. Tomorrow is his birthday. I hope that you hear from Shane soon. Hopefully soon :)
