Hello! It is almost 5:30 on Monday and still nothing. I usually get a letter on wed. afternoon so keep your fingers crossed. I want him to graduate on time so bad! I never realized that Charlie could come from Carlos. You learn something new everyday. Naia my daughter is named from Cherokee Little Princess. Of course we think it should be she devil ha ha! Anyway I hope Charlie is doing good! Tell him to stay strong and that we are praying for him! I hope to see you THREE WEEKS FROM FRIDAY!!!!!! KATHY
I have not heard anything today so I take that as a good sign. Everyone here feels that if they were going to send him home they would have by now. So I feel a slight bit better. I just hate the unknown. You and the girls have been so great to me. I appreciate it. When your a single mother and there is no one else to talk to it gets really bad. But I feel a little better.
How is your son? I have noticed that you call him Charlie but his name is Carlos. Stacey is my son's first name but we call him Alan. I have been trying to get used to Stacey since that is what they will call him but I just hate it. His father is Stacey he is ALAN! How did you get Charlie? Anyway I hope he is doing fantastic and I pray for you and him just like the others in our situation. Thank you again for being so great to me! I will keep you updated! Kathy
Thank you so much! The more time that goes by the better I feel. I feel that if they were going to send him home they would have done that. And he is a strong guy so he will make what they give him work. I just hope that he does graduate on time. I want to see my boy! Anyway how is your son? I hope that he is great! And as long as they make it to the end of boot camp and we get to see them in their uniforms. I will keep you informed! Thanks again for the encouragement. I guess we moms need it sometimes to! kathy
Thank you! I hope he did! I got my graduation packet today so maybe you all will be getting yours soon too! I live so close that I tend to get my stuff quicker. We are lucky ladies to have such great boys (men)!
