Profile Information

About me:
I live in a small, East Texas community. I enjoy the country life and still work full time even though I am nearing retirement age. I am the daughter of a former Marine now deceased, wife of an former sailor, sister of a former Marine and of course, mom of a young sailor. I am very proud of my son's decision to join the Navy after college and believe this is the best path for young adults.
I am here to support or represent my:
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy Career?
When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud and encouraged it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
We have invested the most important piece of our lives in the Navy and should be proud of their choice and supportive no matter what comes their way. I also realize that we have to be very careful what we share in order to protect all our men and women.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
