Profile Information

About me:
Not much other than to say my family is my life. I have 5 grown to almost grown children and one that is younger. I also have a young man that we helped out for a while, Nathan; Also in the Navy. I love them all so much. I am a photographer and have a spa line. Both are difficult right now as I have some back problems and recently had surgery. Other than that, back to family. I have two girls in the Navy and I am VERY proud of them as I am of all my children... family. I have the best as far as I am concerned.... even if teens are hard! *ha!*
I am here to support or represent my:
Child/Stepchild
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy Career?
Enlisted
When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was concerned or afraid
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
In no way do I undersupport my girls. This does not mean I like the fact that they are deployed.... one for the first time and the other for her fourth. I am EXTREMELY proud of them and think that they are the strong young women that I wanted them to grow to be with a great life ahead of them. I have learned alot about the Navy. While I don't like some of the things that have gone on within their politics (M vs. F) by and large it is the branch of service that I would have liked to have my girls in had I had to pick myself.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
These are my loved ones.... I am a loving mother of 6. Five of which are mostly grown and a little one that is barely 8. To say that they are my loves of my life is an understatement. THEY ARE MY LIFE! Love you MORE~ Always Mom.

Hello Elle...

I did so and still was overwhelmed by the emails when I went to check it. I do not get time to really check it often anymore. easier to text or just call my children as one just came home fourth deployment.

But thank you very much!

Shoot, I lost your message when I accepted the friend request.

Beware, I'm one of the nuts! LOL.

Back surgery has got to horrible; I have health issues of my own so I try to be very supportive of those going through medical problems. Healing thoughts to you!
