Hi Rene- I'm from Neenah! I saw that you posted on Lou's page from Neenah and thought I'd introduce myself. How long has your son been in the Navy? Scott did boot camp November -January and graduated Jan. 23, 2009. He is now in Pensacola, FL for A school - cryptology. He'll graduate from there June 26th and then we'll see where the Navy takes him. Lou and I were talking about getting together for coffee, wine....whatever. Would you like to join us? I was Lou's sailor's 5th grade teacher so we have known eachother for awhile but I would love to have a new Navy Mom friend!

Rene - what is Brandon doing in the Navy? I watched your video today - it is beautiful - when I saw a Menasha t-shirt, I thought, could there be any other Menasha, but Menasha, WI. We live in Neenah - my son is 21 and PIRd last Sept. We just talked yesterday how we both can't believe it is almost a year for him already. He is CTR and on a base in the US for the next two years. The Navy experience is proving to be very positive for him and hope it will be for Brandon as well. Stay in touch - Lou.
