You'll be fine. We are finishing up this week. I can only tell you from my own experience that the first week was the hardest thing I've done in a very long while, but with this website and the friends I made here...I got thru it.

Is she in AECF? Did she get ET or FC? Zac got FC. Just what he wanted.

Renee, PIR was amazing. Make sure the batteries for your camera are fully charged. Good thing we had a backup. :-) Take lots of pictures. You are going to be in awe of the person she has become. I have always been proud of Zac's decision to join the Navy but the pride I feel now is almost overwhelming at times. Zac moves over for AECF A school tomorrow. School should begin on the 26th I believe. He is stoked. Safe travels to GL. Congratulate Kinzey for me and tell her thank you. Congratulations to you too.

Hello again! We got a letter Tuesday and it sounded like this week was Hell Week starting 5-1. So....lots of prayers this week! He did mention, after that, their division was pretty much done with BC because they will be focusing on their performing. He doesn't give me very much detail on much because he tries to write his friends as well as us. Even with his phone call, I found out he called a friend who is in the Army and his girlfriend as well.
But all and all he is excited and is looking forward to the performances outside the area.
Oh, and the one thing that has bothered him is that they don't get to be outside very much; ...which surprised me.

Renee, thought I would stop by and see how you are. How is Kinzey doing? Zac is doing GREAT. He is loving it. He seems a little bored though and ready to move on to A-school. Hope you are well. Drop me a note when you have a minute. Take Care. ~Heidi~

Hi Renee! Would love to keep contact. I just received a call from Ethan! He is doing good, he likes it there but wants the Boot Camp over. He is excited about the division performing outside the base though. He said they actually don't get outside much.

Hi there. I saw your comment on Ship 6 Division 944 Group...
It's great to touch base with others whose loved ones have joined up. From what I have read, Division 944 is for recruits with some type of musical background. My son Jacob is 22 years old, plays drums and guitar, sings, and is newly married (May 1, 2009). His wife is with us right now until A school. She is wonderful. I think of her as my own daughter.
As a mom I am full of pride. Nevertheless, this is my baby boy and I love him so much. At last, this is in God's hands. He too seems upbeat. I think he said that a few recruits have already dropped out.
