I got my very first phone call today!! For 20 minutes!! It was supposed to be an hour long but his shipmates kinda ruined that by misbehaving! But he is good and he is one of the two out of his division that got pay advances!!!
And..get this....one of his shipmates stole a picture of me that I sent to him..he doesn't know who it is but he knows that it was stolen...and it's kind of odd!
Anywho...I'M TOTALLY EXCITED TODAY!!!!
IT WAS SO GOOD TO HEAR HIS VOICE!!

We are in week 3 now and I got my 3rd letter! I was so excited because it was 2 pages long instead of just one! I feel bad though because he hates it there and is beginning to think the navy isn't for him. He doesn't like to be separated from family friends, me. But he is just in bootcamp so we'll see if that changes once he gets to his schooling. I got my second letter from Adam today. yippee! Although it sounds like he hasn't been doing too well. He had to go to the hospital in an ambulance because he was really sick with pneumonia. =( I cried when I read that. It hurts to know he isn't doing well, but I know that he will be on the mend soon. So, just ten days after my boyfriend left for boot camp, I got a letter from him! I was so excited, although I wished he would have had more time to write everyone else, but it is nice to get a letter!!! =) He says that things aren't much fun and he hates his head being shaved and having to wear those dorky glasses. It's been 6 days since Adam left and I miss him with all my heart. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't think of him, or cry over wanting to be with him. I am scared of everything that he has to go through, only because I care for him so much and don't want anything bad to happen to him.
