Hi Yana! That is great about Zach glad to hear he is doing well. Rusty is at Point Loma CA and loving it. He is in A school now. He completed ATT and one other course not sure what it is called now. He wanted to come home but not in the cards right now. I hope to get out there by August if I can. I am not sure how far the two bases are apart. Maybe PC knows? So nice to hear that everyone is settling in with their careers and are happy with their decisions. So proud of our young men!

Of course I'll give him a Big Momma Hug. Marcos is a YN Yeoman. He's done with A school. He's going to start taking different courses to earn his medals. I am so Proud of him. He works M-F and is off on weekends. He needs his car though, even though the trip to PH is not far from me 60 miles. If there is anything I can help you and Zach with give me a call. 626-347-8389.

Hi Yana,

I was just in Port Hueneme this Sunday. Went and spent the day with Marcos. Helped him set up his "Apartment" I call it his MOTEL ROOM. LOL He did say he's seen a few guys from BC recently. Of course I'll never know who he knows since they are on a Last name basis. LOL. I'll be heading up there in about 2 weeks, they are having a SEABEE day. How long will Zach be at Port Hueneme? Ttyl.

HI Yana! That is wonderful that his sister is going to hang out with Zac! I know Brandy is so sad that she can't make the trip with us. We are taking our youngest daughter this time. Brandy and Nik will go with me in July when it will be warmer for the baby andhe will be walking for sure by then as he is trying right now. Easier for Nana :) We just cannot wait to get there! He gets full weekend liberty so we can keep him from Friday to Monday morning which is just more than I could ever ask for! How does Zac like CT? Cold there now too. They are having some rough weather. I am hoping the weather warms up a tad in GL. So glad to hear from you and that Zac is doing well! How is the day shift treating you?

Hi Yana, I know days are hard to get use to when you have been working nights. But, I'm sure you will like the change soon. My weekend was good, hope your weekend was good! You may bring a wallet size picture of Zac in. They do have a form down at the recruiter office in Winston that they used to put Jon's in for me in the Journal, but for our paper I just wrote my own. But call his recruiter and get him to send us the information to us directly if you or to our paper. Our deadlines are Monday at 5 pm. Hope you have a good week. My son will be finishing C schol my next and is scheduled to ship out to San Diego next Wednesday on the 4th of March. I'm starting to get sad, I was hoping he would get to come home for a few days, but that will not happen. He says he is ready to go and I think he is so ready to be out of that cold weather of the Great Lakes. Hope to talk to you soon.

I sure hope so. He is really bored. You can only clean so much! Seems like with all the training they really need that there would be some kind of classes for them to take. I guess they suffer the budget cuts as well. Just do not want him to get to discouraged! I am going to see him in March so hopefully that will give him something to look forward to and help pass the time waiting!
