- Run a Scottish Highland cattle ranch (I also train our AQHA, ApHC, APHA and Friesian horses) with my husband. I have a small tack shop at our ranch.

- When I heard “Navy,” I:
- Was proud and encouraged it
- From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
- To support my son in carrying on the Navy tradition of his grandfather, stepfather and stepbrother. Even though I missed him and would have rather him been home with us, I knew the Navy was the structured environment that he thrived in. I could not be prouder of him!
- Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
- It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!

My sailor son, Derek, is a MA (Master at Arms) - He just returned from three months in Kuwait and on oil platforms in the Persian Gulf. He is now stationed in Virginia.
