Hello everyone~Tim surprised us by flying home (from Japan) for Thanksgiving. He was home for 2 weeks and it was awesome! His wife had my husband and I meet her in town for dinner. After we were seated and had placed our drink order we were chatting…
Does anyone have a sailor stationed at Misawa Air Base?
Vicki~ I put up a picture of Tim and his bride. Tim is actually over in Japan for atleast 2 years. He is hoping that his wife can join him soon.

- About me:
- I am a very proud mother of a Navy Seaman. Tim graduated from bootcamp on January 23,2009. Shortly after graduation, he was sent to Corry Station to start his training as a CTR. He just recently got married and is now stationed in Japan. I can't say enough about how proud we are of our son!! The Navy has been a very positive experience overall. It is hard having him away from home, but it is well worth it! GO NAVY!!!

- From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:

- Our relationship has grown stronger, The Navy has a lot to offer, This was the best decision he/she could have made

- Hi Stephanie! How's Tim doing? Great pictures of his new bride! Scott is in DC and doing very well. Think the distance thing is wearing thin on his relationship with his gf. They seems to be so in love but fight on the phone. She has 2 years of undergrad work to do so don't think they'll be together for awhile. I know she wants to go to grad school too but she can do that out in the DC area. Take care!

Catherine said… - How are you?? We have been sooo busy! My husband finished his training last Friday so I was able to pack the kids up and head to San Diego to pick him up. We took just over a week to vacation. We stayed in downtown San Diego and enjoyed the zoo, beach and Sea World. Our toddler went crazy for Shamu! It was fun to be back together as a family.
How is Tim doing? It's crazy to think your son is already been in Japan for a while and my husband is just finishing training. Talk to you soon, Catherine

- Wow that is so cool! I am excited you get to go see him. I leave next week to go see Tate as well. Tates photo was never in the newspaper. I will have to look into that when I get home & they can also put in there his A school graduation & going to train with the Marines. I am leaving the 26th & coming home the 30th. So excited! Have a blast!!!!!!!!1
