I received a call from my sailor last night...even with the delay from ship to shore it was wonderful to hear his voice. He received my latest package...only took 8 days...and the cookies weren't stale!!

- Easter was wonderful,,,quite. Megan was home and had a friend over and we played cards, and just hung out. Not a word from Douglas just mailed him three boxes today. Any word from your sailor? Do you know if he got his towel I sent to him with his last name for christmas?? Sending you a pm.

- Hi susan, did tim get his towel at christmas, I sent it all to the command master and I did send one to tim. The command master handed them out to everyone as to help with shipping :)

I read that your son is on the USS Eisenhower? My daughter is also on it. How is your son doing? Risa (my daughter) seems to being doing good. She really likes being out to sea. Approx 2 months ago she came to CA for training and really enjoyed it. Went back to VA, out to sea (of course you know that) and back. I think she can't wait to go back out. She says that the water puts her to sleep. Do you get to see your son often? If so, you are so lucky. Hope you write back.
