Hi, My name is Kim. Lauren was with Stephanie in 285, and missed her run by 14 seconds. She was sent to fit and is now a sailor! She wanted me to let all the 285 kids know. She tried to get word to them before they shipped out, but was unable to.

Tammy-I hope you are OK. I requested you as a friend several days ago and I haven't seen any posts from you. Our daughters are at BC in the same division. I thought it would be cool to connect with you.
Let me know if you want.

Tammy-

Welcome aboard! My son Robby's PIR is also 08/14 and I am in the group also that Misty mentioned below. According to Purple Pig(who is a civilian working in GL in case you do not know) she confirmed the PIR dates for all groups as posted on the RTC website is correct. If you have looked at this site you will see your daughter's div#285 is included in training group 39(TG39).

This confusion (for a # of parents in groups #284,#285 & #286) was caused by the fact the RTC is changing their process in some fashions beginning w/ the PIR date of 08/07. This includes no longer mailing grad packs, being able to download parking passes directly off the RTC website and other changes which are to be announced this week.

Please read thru the discussions at the top of our PIR group as it goes thru some of the hiccups that have occurred to date and clarifies much information. Also please check out the RTC website at

http://www1.netc.navy.mil/nstc/rtcgl/upcoming_grads.asp

as is has ALOT of information on many of the different options under "Families"

Welcome again and hope to see you in our group!!!!
