- Hey Teri....Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours.....Brandi is doing well & will finish up "A" school in about 3 weeks....Hasn't got her orders yet but she said after Thanksgiving she will be getting them....She is spending Thanksgiving with one of her shipmates family which I'm blessed she is but also will be home for Christmas so I'm excited for that....Give our best to Berto....I'm on facebook...cararoe84@aol.com....look me up and add....

- Hey Teri.....Sorry....I miss you toooooooooooo!! Everything is going great...Brandi will have her phase II completed this week....she started her SCC classes which last about 12 days and then she's hoping it will lead her into "A" school; but who knows....Military motto "Hurry and wait".........She is still in Great Lakes but was finally able to move in her permanent ship "USS Essex" after spending 2 1/2 weeks in the indock ship...She is so glad to be finally settled into one spot....
Well How is Berto doing? Give me the updates.....I've just been working so much and now since football season is here we have to work special security details so by the time I get off I'm exhausted but I promise I won't wait this long to keep intouch....Lots of hugs......

- Hi there.........OOHHH thank you so much for the comments on my pics. We are all so blessed. Just look at our children! And you are so right....lol they only smile when a pretty girl walks by!!! I have a funny story to tell you all about PIR...as we were taking the pic, "military men don't smile ma"...I saw a young woman, very pretty, but highly decorated behind the boys and walking toward us. As a joke I said to Mike..."Hey Mike, this should make you smile"! He turned around and smacked Cory hard saying, "ATTENTION"!!! Both my boys snapped into a salute faster than I had ever seen them do anything! Afterwards I asked him what the heck that was for and Mikey said, (in a very very serious military tone) "That was no girl mom that is a Leuteniet, Airborne div...shes seen more time in the desert than any of us!" LMAO...This was from the boy who used to tease his sister and tell her he wasn't ever goin to listen to a chick!!! It was truly a hilarious moment.
Otherwise I am doing well...truly. My blood work is coming back great, haven't lost one lock of hair!!! I did decide however that if I begin to I am shaving my head. the boys keep teasing me and I bet them each 5 bucks I'm still cuter than they are even with no hair!!! Cory just cracks up. Mikey has some program on his comp and he sent me a pic of me without hair...Lord, too funny!!! I will however be the boldest bald woman you will have ever known! They already know I am crazy so...lol it's all good. Nap times are my favorite right now but...slowly I am sleeping a bit less and doing better. I have every reason to be optomistic and so I have decided to do just that. Besides, did I tell you how hot the radistion oncologist is...OMG! Too bad he's married! Totally worth the visits...LOL. Please share with Cara I am going into work for a few today. I cut my day short yesterday to see my granddaughter off to nursery school...I'm am so loving my life right now. I am so blessed...look at my friends, family and place in life. I'm humbled to know you all... Your the bestest!!!! (thats my new word...lol) ttyl Luv ya!!! XOXOXOX

- I am so sorry not be on much. I am so tired...these treatments sure take some getting used to but I am hanging there. Doing well overall and haven't lost one strand of hair yet...lol. They say I might not!! I am so glad to hear Brandi got her laptop. Cory had trouble getting his stuff when I sent it to him but all is well now. I think about all of you a ton and haven;t forgetten anyone or anything. Im trying to keep working so when I get home I am exhausted and sleep a lot. Other than that things are great...I am doing well despite the fatigue and they tell me it will get better soon...I will get used to it. My theory is I am stronger than this...look what I did after all. I raised 3 kids by myself, two are military men now and my daughter is a wife, mother and small business owner! I did that....I can do anything! Look out...I'm coming! Thats my attitude with this beast....just, ...after my nap...lol! Luv ya lots and I think about all of you daily.

I left the same message with Cara and had asked her to share with you so...if it gets repeated I'm sorry. Also, I am glad to hear Berto is doing well. Sometimes when i talk with cory I think hes being too social but...he says they are busy and sounds ok so i am not going to worry.

- Hi Teri...Hope all is well with you....sorry haven't written it awhile....How is Berto doing? Brandi is doing fine...she is on hold with her "A" school (OS) in Great Lakes...she doesn't know how long so she has been pulling lots of duty/watches and working on her Phase II...She has her cell phone and laptop now so with the communication is so much easier than how it was when she was in Basic...we can talk when we want to....Well hope your family has a safe and happy Labor Day...Lots of Hugs..

- Miss you lots....its been crazy since I've returned from Brandi's PIR...trying to catch up on things I lacked by slowly it's coming around....Hope Berto is doing well...Brandi is good...her "A" school for OS has been placed on hold for unknown how long so she has been working on her phase II....she is still in Great Lakes....miss ya and hope to hear back from you soon

- Girl!!!! I have been worried about you! It's unusual not to hear from you. I am doing well and may actually hav some good news....crossing my fingers. The tumor was encapsulated and my latest biopsy showed no cancer past the sentinal node. Woo Hoo.... I am waiting for the tumor pathology to come back and that can take a few weeks but....parying hard, thats for sure! I just found that out today and haven't had a chance to tell Cara yet. I am working on that facebook thing...lol. God it takes me forever to do this computer stuff. Hopefully tomorrow. If you get a chance to check out my pics I got them up. Both the boys are there. I now know how you must have felt....it was truly awesome. I will talk to you later. ;o)
