Was concerned or afraid
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
My son is a true patriot and loves and is serving for his country and our freedom.

It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Hi, Theresa... I am hoping to talk to Michael later on today, or tomorrow. I'll ask him the same about Eric. I think I gave you my email and phone number in a PM. If not, if you will send me an email: michele.cowell@sbcglobal.net, then we can maybe exchange telephone numbers, too. I'd love to talk, sometime about our worldly travelers!

Hi, Theresa - you have a great photo of the CG54 - is your sailor on the Antietam, by chance?

Theresa, I've been out of town for a few days and just seen your post. I think this site gets quieter on the weekends. I've been watching the NK news for weeks and I am also very concerned. I have a friend who is in the Army and he is sitting in the middle of it - on the ground. I do believe our country has the tools and the power to take action if needed. Hope you hear from your sailor soon.

Theresa I am so sorry Eric is over in North Korea, I have been glued to the news stations for the last 2 weeks watching what we are doing there. I wish I could give you a big hug and hold your hand during this time. So far it just looks like we are sitting and watching what they are doing, I think we are hoping our presence there will make them think twice. Of course having watched the news today, I dont think they care. I'm sure Eric will contact you
as soon as he can. I will be praying for you and your family during this time.
