I'm a couple of towns over from you. Hope all is well with your sailor and you. Please consider coming to brunch with us on Sunday. If you can get to East Hampton or Marlborough, we can carpool.

How are you doing? Those "Goodbyes" are hard on us moms!!! UGH! The Goodbye, after the graduation weekend, that was harder on me. With the Boot Camp, you know when your going to see your baby. Now with A School, who knows, if Kim will be given the permission to come home!!
I just hope and pray she's not on HOLD too long. I'm assumming the Navy has to find a placement for her.
With the Recruiter, many times they themselves don't know about the address. There are many buildings and if you don't have the exact Div ands Ship numbers, Ben won't receive your letters.
You should be recieving a long letter from Ben on his third week in Boot Camp. On his return address, under his name will be the Div and Ship numbers.
When you have Ben's first letter, I do recommemd that you join the group with the same Div and Ship as Ben's. The moms there are all going through what your experincing.
Write me anytime, I am always around!! HAHA!!! I made this my hobby!!! HAHA!!

How are you doing? I'm the same way, I like to know things in advance as well.
Kim believes she has one more week in A School. She was told that she will be put on HOLD after that. I just pray she doesn't forget what she trained for. ANother mom I write to, her son had the same training. He too is on HOLD.
Nothing yet on coming home, that is frustrating. Since she's on hold, send her home for a week!!! Nothing said yet.
Bring tissues with you, you'll need them for Ben's swearing i!! HAHA!! Jut to let you know, the "Good bye" is difficult!!
The day after Ben leaves, he will call you, to let you know he's in Chicago.
Ben will be fine and he is in good hands with the Navy. Once he gets into the rountine of Boot Camp, he'll like it, they all do, believe it or not!
It's the moms having the nervous breakdowns!!! HAHA!!
So keep busy. Me, I made Navy for moms my hobby!! HAHA!!
I'm glad you joined the group "Boot Camp moms", that's a good starter group. Stay in contact with them. I'm always around as well !!HAHA!!! We'll all help you through Boot Camp....we haven't lost a mom yet!! HAHA!!
