- I am a mother of three (1) daughter / 38 (1) son 35 and (1) son 22, Tanner is the one joining and I have VERY mixed emotions, since I am an older Mom. My children are my entire life. I have alot of interest and hobbies, but they don't seem to be enough right now. I thank my daughter-in-law for sharing this web-site with me.

- From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
- Tanner left on 2-25-09, and the most importrant thing I have learned is PATIENCE. # 2 would be how caring and giving other Military (NAVY) moms can be.
- Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
- It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

I am a friend of Julie George Baldwin, who gave me the info on you and your son Tanner. Julie and I went to high school together, and have recently spent time chatting on facebook. I live in Arlington, TX, and my youngest son, Jason, is a Navy diver stationed in Hawaii. My husband and I both are ex-Navy, but this is a whole new experience for us. Would love to chat back and forth with you.

I just read your comments. Thanks so much for writing! I agree, we should have a reunion if possible next year. I live in upstate NY, near the Canadian Border and the Thousand Islands, and Adirondack Park. I am closer to the mountains(10 minutes) than the islands(they are 40 minutes away) google it, we live in a beautiful section of the country, but it is very cold.
Yes we did meet with the N4M's group. They really didn't say much about Fred other than they were aware of it and are trying to change who can or cannot get on somehow...nothing else was said.
It was so wonderful meeting you. I enjoyed the Meet and Greet greatly and was sincerely happy that you attended. Let's keep in touch...

Did you try copy and paste the address? If you tried this, I would go to google and put in US navy rates and rank and this should take you there. Or go to the Navy.mil site that is where it is from. Let me know how it goes, I was in the Navy so I remember some of this stuff.

Where have you been? I've been wondering about you. Don't worry about the 'Fred' thing. Seriously, they only mentioned it as we were discussing security issues and how to prevent things like that from happening again. This is supposed to be a safe place where we can get support & encouragement, not to feel like we have to watch over our backs. So don't be sorry. It's a positive thing! I had a great time meeting you, too, wish we had more time to talk tho and spend some time together!
