About me:
My name is Deb and I live in Iowa. I just recently saw my youngest of three boys, Joshua just 18 leave Monday the 22nd for basic training. My son Jeremy now 21 left three years ago. Jeremy is stationed in Hawaii and doing well and enjoys the Navy life. Joshua is one week into it and has regrets by his short letter home, which is understandable until he gets use to the Navy way. I'm very proud for the decision they both made.
I am here to support or represent my:
Jeremy and Joshua
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy Career?
Enlisted
When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud, Encouraged him/her
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Support your new recruit!!
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
Our relationship has grown stronger, This was the best decision he/she could have made

Hope you got a call today. Sounds like they are looking forward to PIR also. We're getting there, not to much longer.

My son is in Div 342 Ship 07, he's my oldest son, first to leave home. It is a difficult road, just hoping for a phone call. Have you received a call? I just received the packet today.

Hey Twice Navy Mom!
I, too am just that. I have 2 sons and both are in the Navy. One is stationed on the USS Ronald Reagan which is currently deployed. The other just graduated A school in Pensacola and will be in Norfolk, Va aboard the USS Carl Vinson. Welcome, to this great group! They have helped me in more ways than you can imagine. With 2 in, it is equally as important to have all the help you can get!!!! You already have Navy experience and can probably help some of us too!
