Graduation Packet
I have a son who will graduate on 09-03-09. All I have received is the first letter from the Navy right after he got to boot camp. Will we get anything else in the mail about the graduation? I did get a pass word for the parking pass but that's it. I just want to make sure that when we get there that we don't have any problems. Anyone with information on this please let me know. I'm so excited but scared...I have never been to Chicago or any place up north. :)

My son graduates on 09-03-09 and I was just able to print the parking pass. I'm so excited...I don't know weather to cry or yell YES !!!!

- As we speak Im waiting on the mail lady right now, as so as she comes I will let you know. Thanks for the prayers. This weekend will be just as bad as the 1st weekend when my son left. Waiting on the call, my twins are having their Bday party Sunday , it would nice if Jason would call during the party while the whole family is together.

I read some of your postings, and it looks like Tyler had to have his wisdom teeth pulled out...so did Cody when he went to boot camp 4 years ago! I just thought that was so strange at the time because he went to the dentist at home regularly and they never indicated there was a problem. Cody explained that it was to prevent a sailor being gone out to sea for a long time and start having problems with their teeth - and the Navy might not have the capability of helping them out there. Sounded reasonable - but I thought his was a rare case or something. Now I am reading the comments on here and it sounds like the majority of them do! I guess that's something that the recruiters fail to mention...or they might have alot of the kids chicken out! LOL! Keep me posted on your journey next week...and enjoy your visit with him! I can't wait to hear all about it & see your pictures! Love ya! Carol
