No worries. The last PFT and run is about a week before Battlestations. Just a heads up..it is said that BS is a test..but really, it's more of a replay of everything they've learned. Don't worry. She do fine!!!

Yay Heidi!! Ask Erik if he's met Bo..his last name is my maiden name on FB. Bo love SC too! We've talked everyday, and he told me about the activities yesterday..what a great opportunity they had to celebrate the holiday in such honor.

- About me:
- I am the mom of three (24, 22 and 4) kids. I am a former police officer, and now raise my little guy, and run a business manufacturing luxury baby gifts (www.bellabubs.com). My son who is 22 has enlisted in the NAVY..I am so proud! He tested high, and is now testing for the nuclear program in two days. He had decided to sign up for the Fire Controller program, and after testing very high, was invited to take the Nuclear Program test. He passed with flying colors! We are so proud of him.

- Was proud and encouraged it
- From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
- Trust my son's judgement. Let him live HIS dreams! I am so lucky, I have lived my dreams. I am so happy to watch him live his! We are very very close. I am so excited to watch him in his life.
- Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
- Our relationship has grown stronger

Dennie {momma of Jimmy} said… - Yes Jimmy will be a Nuke. I saw you were a former police officer. I am a former correctional officer and going to school now for nursing. And i see you have a 4 year old too! Wow. I have a 20 year old son, and 3 girls (18,11,and 7). Mine are pretty spread out too :)

We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
