my daughter says she has to be there January 9th. I know there are groups on here to join like japan moms and the USS George Washington (where Ashley is going to). Talking to others definitely helps.

Hey cfs, My son did the same thing. He went to college for two semesters for Law Inforcement. He liked the Law enforcement but did not like college in general. My son turned 21 in October. Thats great that you know when your daughter will be going to Japan. We still have no clue. My personal email is gmcconnaughey@comcast.net. I invited sue to be my friend. Thanks for inviting me to be your friend. I gladly except. Yes I am from good old Jersey. South Jersey to be exact. I am about 45 minutes south of Philly. What city are you from in NY? My daughter went to Hofstra University in Long Island. My son Nick will be home on the 20th til the 3rd of January. He goes back to Pensacola after the break. He is suppose to go to c school in Lemoore Ca. But he doesn't know when yet. Then to Japan.
What are your daughters plans?

Hi, it's 2 in the morning and I can't sleep. Crazy. How are you? and your daughter? Are you ready for Christmas? I'm doing better, go and see the dr today to take the stiches out. I haven't driven for a week and a little nervous. Jennifer will be home late tonight, I can't wait. Have a good day.

Hey, you changed your picture, very nice. We survived the storm and now are in a deep freeze, glad the weekend is here to relax and bundle up at home. Take care of yourself and enjoy the time with your daughter.

Hi, are you surviving the storm? We are getting the much needed rain here in Calif. Everyone says that I picked a good time to be out of work. I'm doing, the head doesn't feel to be in a fog any more, but still taking pain RX and taking lots of naps. Have aa good day and weekend.

sorry to hear about your surgery but it is a great time to be off work with your daughter home. Ashley is still up in the air with everything. I told her dont be surprised if she doesnt get home. She still hasnt received her new orders so we know nothing as far as when and where she is going. The only thing for certain is she is done with school the 18th and the tickets I already purchased for her are for the 24th through the 31st. Enjoy your time off with your daughter, I know it will go by all too quickly. And yes we had our first storm today, school was closed but because I work in an office I had to report. I hope you mend quickly.
