There is a Seal group as well as a pre-Bud group on this website.
As far as boot camp goes...you really don't need to take anything with you except your wallet (ID, small amt of cash ($25-30)), your Navy papers, and the clothes on your back (unless you read something different within the pre-Bud/Seal sites).
I recommend going with Navy Federal Credit Union as your bank (which will be set up once you get to Boot Camp), since there are branches just about everywhere the Navy will send you. I would also have mom (trusted adult) on an account in your home town and once you have graduated Boot Camp, start sending a portion of what you earn to that account as your savings/rainy day fund. You will also want to give this person Power of Attorney, that way they can manage bank accounts, loans, etc, as you will not always be available to take care of these things during office hours.
Do you have your own car? You can keep it, as well as your drivers license, licensed in your home state, ...I recommend USAA for your insurance needs...they are very serviceman oriented and will work with you.
If you have a Seal Contract...you will want to continue working hard on PT, and endurance swim as often as you can. I would start doing some reading on the pre-Bud sites, as my sailor is a Nuke MM, I can't be of much help with Seal stuff.
And as always...continue to be and do your best!
Were you in the DEPPER's program for very long?
I am assuming since you joined the Aviation Boatswain's Mate, that is what you will be doing in the Navy!
Follow your RDC's (guys in chg at Boot Camp), enjoy your time and learn all you can at Boot Camp! Always Be Your Best!!!
What will your rate be? How soon do you leave for Basic?
