Maue- O Yea its call Skype. Google it. It is free and you can talk via the computer and if you both have a webcam then you can see each other too!
Some cell phones can go internationally. I know when my family has gone on vacations out of the country we were able to change the plan to go international. I would look into that.

- Totally can relate. Sometimes I just start bawling. Like yesterday on the airplane. Omg people probably thought i was crazy. Oh well. Just think 2 weeks from now well all be together with our sailors. Woo hoo and hopefully you'll be engaged lol. But seriously you get waaay more letters then me so you're lucky but i know they're going through alot. Were almost there we can do it!!! We have came this far!! We can do it! And I keep praying they'll call soon like right now. Lol. Seriously hope like tomorrow though for real.
