His station is in San Diego, Ca. Now he is in KUWAIT.

It would be the particular fleet and family at his command, where is his permanent station?

You need to call the fleet and family of his command. Give them the name of his ship and ask for the ombudsman's email address. You can email her and ask what your sons email address is on the ship. Every sailor has their own personal email account…

Hi, I do know how you feel, somewhat of a gutted, emptyness. I was there also, most of us were. I was a hot mess,no kleenex in the world could clean up what was going on inside of me, LOL. He is my baby boy-the one I knew was destind for greatness-did not ever know I would see the day he would actually be doing it with out me,. I became stonger in my faith and found this site.. This is what holds me together. There are so many nice people here that will help keep you together and you will be so proud of your new US Sailor in eight weeks. It willget easier, but in our hearts, because they are our boys, it will never be easy. I wish your son a safe trip and pray that the Lord gives you strength and comfort to hold on and wait to see how much of a beautiful life your son is headed for. I wish him blessings, success and happiness throughout his navy journey and that you can find peace within to know it will not be very long. Start by writing a letter, only display happiness. Your son will need to focus and not be worried about you. Come join our group. We will be there to support you as needed. Join groups. Talking about your feelings will help you through the lonlines and missng your child. I am on here everyday and love helping others as they have heped me. Stay in touch and let me now how you are doing. I will always write back to you and direct you to people I think can help you with any concern you may have. Keep the faith and make sure you wite as often as you can to your recruit, nothing musical or colorful envelopes, nor bulky. Nothing that will draw unwanted attention. They get homesick, so keep the letters and cards rolling and let your child know you support him 100 percent. I hope this helps. you. Have a great evening.
P.S. Keep you cellie close to you, as they call all hours of the day or night and you don't want to miss a call.
