Little Creek is not that big of a base. Greg's gotten me passes to take him to his command and depending on who is working Gate 3 they sometimes let you on without a pass as long as someone has a military id. Make sure she keeps you posted on the possibility of her ship doing a Tiger Cruise. That is where family can go out on the ship for a few days. I've seen some on PBS and it looks like fun.
We were last at Halls in September. We try to go every time we get back to Winchester to visit. I'll mention the new restaurant to Carl. We may have to give it a try. Of course we have to get our beer cheese. There is nothing like Keeneland in the spring. We'll pray for good weather but we have been there when it's been chilly too. It really doesn't matter, we won't be a work.

Love the ship photo. Hope you had a great time. VA Beach is a nice area. Greg has been there 4 years now and really likes it. I guess it's nice to get off work and drive 6 miles to the beach.
We're headed to Kentucky for Easter weekend. We're planning to check out the bed race in downtown Lexington and then head to Keeneland on Friday, the Makers Mark party Friday night and the distillery on Saturday. We'll be kidnapping our granddaughter on Thursday and spoiling her before mom comes to meet us for dinner. Have to make a trip to Halls for beer cheese. All the fun things when we get back for weekends.

Have a good time. Can't wait to see your photos. We're just outside of Richmond so our drive to Little Creek takes about 2 1/2 hours. I know your drive well. We will be headed to Lexington in about 2 weeks for the Makers Mark Ambassador weekend. Can't wait for Keeneland in the spring.
