Got some good news today! I recieved my first letter from Dillon today and he said that he is bunkmates with the only other guy from North Carolina in his division, and that the guy was from Ashville so I am assuming that his bunkmate is your son! The world just keeps getting smaller huh!

- Hey there everyone! My son is in this unit, and I can't wait to meet all of you. The coolest thing... I just went to my nephew's Army graduation and my sister had met alot of the mothers ahead time via Facebook and other blogs. It was so cool the way she seemed to have grown so close with these Mom's and families and connect down at Ft. Benning while we were there. I hope we can have the same experience here with our recruits. Take care everyone!

Greenlo - 13/055 said… - Hey Julie, I haven't gotten Eric's ship and division #. I texted his recuriter today and asked for it and he said that he doesn't know it yet, but would get it to me by the end of the week. I sure he could get it now, but just haven't taken the time to get it. Eric called me all day Thursday. He even gave me the flight information and I watched it on the internet. Their flight didn't leave until 8:02 pm and they arrived in chicago at 9:46 pm, Eric called me while they were taxing to the gate and then he called me one last time when they got to bootcamp at 2:21 am Friday morning. I could hear a lot of yelling in the back ground. I have been on this site since January. It has helped me more than you will ever know. Lori
