Hello, my name is Muriel...My son is stationed in Sasebo, but he's on the USS Denver...he's a culinary specialist 2nd class...while I know that these are two different ships, I couldn't help but feel a conection...glad to meet you.

any one out there with a son/daughter stationed in Sasebo Japan? Thats where my son is currently. He just recently received promotion to 2nd Class CS?? not sure if this is correct...Anyway, Im very proud of him...

I just remembered to look at the discussion area. I forget about it. Culinary - is the cooking? If so that is a real talent, wish I had it. My son is Sasebo. He is a MN. Also, see you have meet Princess - she is a very sweet person. On the Japan moms group, there are some grat people there and all ( like Princess) are ther to listen and help when a quesstions come up. Join in and start sharing :) Have a good day

We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
