About me:
I'm Krista and I am 18! I have known my boyfriend Jesse since freshmen year of high school. We started dating towards the end of our senior year and one month after he enlisted in the NAVY. He is my best friend and we have so much fun together. He left for bootcamp on July 27th and he graduated September 18th, 2009 with Ship 11, Div 326. I am just so proud of him! He is the love of my life and my future husband!

About myself, I am a freshmen in college and i am studying to be a Dental Hygienist here in South Carolina. I love music and writing and everything else. Life is good.

When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud and encouraged it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Distance only makes you love someone more. I was scared when Jesse left for boot camp, but it flew by and it made me love him more every minute he was gone. I could not be more proud of him and I am overwhelmed with pride for my Country when I see any person in the military now. We are so blessed to be in the USA.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
oh my goodness, my guy did it!! jesse is a sailor :) i love him with all my heart!!

Yeah, the news is great, we love Alyssa very much, she is a great person and compliments my son very well...So, I now I know why God gave me 2 boys, so that when he gave me the right girl she would be wonderful, just the way Alyssa is. Do you get to talk to Jesse much? Daniel called me 4 times yesterday, and spoke to his dad also.. I guess when his schooling starts, he won't call as much... But for now I will take what I can get. Well have a great day!

It's ok hunny! I think our guys are going to do really well in Pensacola. They're both very smart and have good heads on their shoulders. I'm going to continue to send Josh 1 letter a week after I get his new address. I'm sure he'll appreciate that! Of course we're still going to talk after they leave Pensacola! That is a promise I will totally keep :) We went through one of the hardest times in our lives together...I'll be there for all the rest!
