I just stumbled on this accidentally while wandering around sites- I don't have time to go back and follow what's going on. All I know is my heart fell to the floor! Has anyone suggested the Red Cross of the USO in the area?

I'm hoping that I'll have more information soon, Karen. Without the X-ray results, there really is no way to know for sure. I pray that therapy will do the trick. Such encouraging words from the 11/25 PIR group...and Kayana's quote does ring true....

Oh I do hope everything works our for Sara. She must be very upset. I hope things work out for her. Did she fracture her foot while running? No, she isn't a failure. She had the courage many do not by enlisting and trying. Tell her I hope everythi...

Yes, she was Ship 07 Division 012. She also has tendonitis with a possible stress fracture...almost sure about that but was told that it takes up to a week before it shows up on an X-ray. So she should be getting one this week. I'm hoping that the...

Hi Suzanne I think maybe they are. Isn't she Ship 07 Division 012? I know this has to be so tough on them to go this far and then suffer a set back but I have heard they do their best to rehab them so they can pass. Niki has been in there for at l...

Hi, Karen. I was a member of PIR 11/25 until Monday. My daughter injured her foot and will be spending 4 to 6 weeks in rehab. She called last night with her new address. It was a tough call... I wonder if she and your daughter are in the same unit.

I am here to support or represent my:
My LIL Brother is TREY
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy Career?
In high school
When I heard “Navy,” I:
Needed to learn more about it, Was proud, Encouraged him/her
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
A NAVY SISTER'S PRAYER

Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray oh lord our sailors you keep
Hold them all safely in your arms
ward off those whom would do them harm
remind them,Oh lord that they are never alone
And bring them soon, safley bacvk to thier home.
Give them all strength and courage, Oh Lord
for the jobs they do are ever so hard.
Our precious children so strong and so brave
I pray, Oh lord, thier lives you will save.
Remember Oh Lord, They are all close to my heart
Shorten the time that we are apart!
Offer fair winds and following seas,
And angels to guide them while they keep us free.
Proud Navy Sister.

And since Andrew left on October 2,2008 I have learned Patience and that Anything is Possible With the LORDS help! PRAY PRAY PRAY
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
Our relationship has grown stronger, This was a maturing experience, This was the best decision he/she could have made

Kristina,
I have loved looking at your beautiful pictures and if only by phone, the pleasure of meeting you. We have been blessed Kristina to have our boys home with us, God has another path and journey for them and you and I.
I wish you a wonderful and blessed Easter weekend to you and your family,

Hi Kristina :)

I read about your son and Fran's son on this website and I was looking around to see how they and families are doing. I'm glad to hear your son is home and doing well. I hope you are recovering from your sergeries well.

Are you keeping in touch with Fran? I can't find an update on him and his family. I wish I would've know of all this before so I could've helped you both in anyway I could.

Please let me know if you know how Fran and her son is doing and if they are still in IL. If they are and needing any help or support, I am here.

Kristina, So sorry to read that you have been sick. Two surgeries?? That stinks. Hope you are having a smooth recovery. Also very glad to hear that Andrew hasn't had any relapse. Please tell him that I said hello and to be proud of himself for trying so hard to recover and continue with basic. He is such a great young man, there must be good things in his future. Drop me a line when you are feeling better and know that I think of you and Andrew often. It was such a pleasure to get to meet you in person. (((HUGS))) Pat
