I didn't find any groups for Maryland families who have children with disabilities/special needs, so why not create one where friends and families can come together and share stories, useful tips, and resources that can help the community as a whole.

Ksaul09, I have a friend who is desperate for some help. Her son has a medical issue that makes it hard for him to run/exercise for extended times, so PT in A school is kicking his butt; doctors there think he's lying since tests come up negative, but it's an inherited condition (mom had it); also, he is having trouble with the class since he's missed so much due to the medical stuff. Would you have any info for her on how to contact an ombudsman at GL A school? Please come tomy page with any info or a link and I'll forward it on to her, thanks.
