- Hey Lelia- How are you ? How is Ben. Joshua is doing great. He loves Gulfport. He just finished ECS and now he will be in the field for two weeks- living in the woods- He came hme and surprised me two weekends agl- That was nice. I am just wathing him learn and grow and getting ready to be deployed- I could wait for that forever, you know. - Hi Lelia, Glad Ben is doing well...Curtis likes it but not that much...He is passing everything but he never really liked school that much so I think he find it a little hard which is frustrating plus I think he is homesick... Please tell me more about everything..When they graduate, and when they get home afterwards and more about the reserves, what happens next...Looking forward to talking more to you as I feel you are the only mom I found with the same (navy reserves + A school in Port Huenem..Im not going to graduation either...California is too far from NY..Your friend Ellen

I'm so glad Ben and his "ex" are still close, that's good for the child. If he keeps his priorities there, and puts aside any feelings of his ex, he should be fine. Of course, that's easy for a Mom to say...right? Have you posted the picture he sent you anywhere? Would you mind e-mailing it to me? I love to see pictures of everyone's sailors. Matt's been sharing the dozens of cookies I've been sending, I wonder if Ben's had any? Would that be a kick?

- Hey Lelia- HOW ARE YOU and BEN?? I hope you are all well. Josh told me that he has spoken to Ben- Josh loves Gulfport, MS- He graduates May 6th and then he will get to come home- right now we are waiting on ORDERS!!! This is the scary part ot me- but he is excited!!! Either way he will get ot come home- I know you are glad to have been coming home for awhile- Just wanted to stop in and say HI and Happy Summer to you. Take care and give Ben my best - I will let you know where Josh is going once he gets his Orders :=)
