Lynn you will be fine. I know how you feel. Someone told me I would be fine also and I thought they were crazy because this was my baby leaving. To be honest bootcamp was hard. The box that came my husband took care of it before I got home from work. It would have not been good. It has all most been a year now. if you ever just want to talk you can send me a e-mail at wpsmith9@bellsouth.net and I can give you my phone or you can e-mail me and give me your number.

Hi lynn
Just checking on you to make sure you are alright. I know the time is getting close. It's only a month or have they change the date.

Hi Lynn, welcome to Navy for Mom's:)) You will find a lot of answers, support and encouragement here. My daughter, Ashley, has been in the Navy since July 2007 and is an IT3 & my son Tim has been in since Feb 2008 stationed on the USS Nimitz.. What will your son/daughter be doing with the Navy? If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm glad you joined and look forward to hearing more about you & your recruit. Pat
