I'm so sorry....I tried searching and didn't see your group page. Wonder now how to delete. yikes! Yes...I do have a sailor aboard the USS Sampson. I miss her so much as I'm sure you understand! I'm not feeling the sympathy for my friends sending their kids to college this fall just an hour or two away!!

I like all your photos...my husband is on your son's ship and it is good to see anybody who supports the Sampson crew. Hope you are doing okay and keeping yourself busy during this time. Does your son have a wife or girl friend out here in San Diego? Have a great night.

Thanks Miriam, I was on the USS Ramage in April as I attended their homecoming with a friend that had a son on the ship. My hubby spent his Navy days on a guided cruiser -he's excited that Nick is going to be on a destroyer.

But what a nice ship your son is on........goodness they even made a movie (video)of it!!!

Did your son graduate from Peru? I live in Brownsburg, but my son lived with his father in Peru for 2 1/2 years. He graduated in June of 2008.
