Wendy, We are going to meet on November 22 at 1:00 at Ponzio's. That should be nice and close for us both and evidently was a good choice for the rest of the gang. It is easy to find for sure. I will private message you my cell # so you have it. Have a safe trip!!! Enjoy!

Wendy, would the 22nd work better for you? Not sure what homecoming you were referring too in your note to me, but I am not planning on going to any homecomings anytime soon! Let me know if the this date works if not we are sooo close that we could meet another time.

Wendy, I think we are trying for Sunday 11/15 for lunch. Hope this works for you. I just didn't want to get too close to the holiday as I know everybody's schedules get a bit hectic. Let me know what you think and any suggestions for places too. We have a mom from Tabernacle and one from Delran planning to come so we are all REALLY close by! I am excited to FINALLY meet some real local moms! I have been on N4M's for 1 1/2 years now and this is the first time I have done this! Just shows that this site does bring us together! Talk to you soon!

Hi Wendy, I see your son went out to the Bataan in Aug. My son also flew out in Aug to meet up with the ship. I wonder if they went together? My son's name is John and he is an MM. Are you going to the homecomming?

Hi Pat and Karen! This seems like a great web site. My son Michael just finished up boot camp not too long ago and is now training. He will be an Airman for the Navy. We miss him so much but this seems to be a good path for him. I'm glad I joined the web site. Look forward to hearing more.

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.

Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!

Hi Metz, welcome to Navy for Mom's:)) You will find a lot of answers, support and encouragement here. My daughter, Ashley (20), has been in the Navy since July 2007 and is an IT3 & my son Tim (19) has been in since Feb 2008 stationed on the USS Nimitz.. What is your son/daughter doing with the Navy? If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm glad you joined and look forward to hearing more about you & your Sailor. Pat

P.S. I use to live in Cherry Hill & now I'm 10 min away in Philadelphia.
