We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
Please let me know if you have any questions I can help you with.
Thanks for all your encouragement. I am surprised I did not learn about this sooner. My son, one and only child has been in for 5 years. He was stationed in Maine for most of the tme so I was very fortunate to have him nearby. I have to get ready for work. Thanks and God Bless...Monique
Dear Moniquec,
How are you doing today? This Navy for moms is such a blessing.
My prayers do go for your son. My daughter Kim is expected to be deployed there early next year.
I write to a few moms that do have their children in the Middle East. Thank God, all is quiet, and the Sailors claim to like it there. I don't why!! HAHA!
My Kim must think there's a mall in the desert, she plans to do shopping. I told her she can buy a pair of sandals!! HAHHA!
It is all in God's hands, and we have to trust in him. I write to other moms about this. Whenever God wants us, he knows where we are. The location means nothing ot him. I'm always praying for a hedge of protection for all three of my children. Kimis the only Military, in fact the first in the family.
I hope to hear from you again. Please don't hestitate to write, I'm always around.
Take care and God bless,
Barbara
