That's what I keep telling him. He needs to have a back up plan. He still has a while before he can do anything so hopefully he will find something he wants to do.

Yes, but in general we just really need to remember to be careful. Our pride shines through, but my son has been deployed, and I am just really worried about him, and I know others share my feelings.

It's a really hard job. He has to pass lots of testing before he even can make it. There is so much training involved. Find out how long he is to be enlisted. My son is in SpecOps and its 6 years! Good luck!
