For Navy families that have a son or daughter serving the military as an FC or an ET on ships. For subs - look for the SECF group. Our chance to share and learn more about their jobs and schools.

Hi, Wanted to welcome you to the AECF group! Is your son in boot camp now or at A school. Our son graduated last December from A school - spent 8 months at C school and now is in...Hawaii :-) He is an FC. We have alot of great discussion threads in the group, you may want to flip thru some of those for info and please ask questions.

Wow--you will be so close to your sailor after he has graduation (PIR) from boot camp. I'm a little jealous, even though we have seen our sailor several times at Goose Creek.
Be sure and join the Delayed Entry Program group called DEPPERS....In but not yet. I would also suggest Boot Camp Mom's

Hi, welcome to Navy for Mom's:)) You will find a lot of answers, support and encouragement here. My daughter, Ashley (20), has been in the Navy for 2 years and is an IT3 & my future son-in-law Tim has been in since Feb 2008 stationed on the USS Nimitz. What will your son/daughter be doing with the Navy? If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm glad you joined and look forward to hearing more about you & your Sailor. Pat
