Dear Sandy,
How are you doing today?
The section of the Bronx, where I live is really nice. A quiet neighborhood, It's probably the last of the nice neighborhoods in the Bronx. I would love to move to a more country setting though. My paricular area, is a water front community, which is nice. There's holiday things that we do here.

See my picture on my picture section, of Frosty the snowman and Mrs. Claus. That's me and my older daughter! HAHAH! We play the characters for the community's Christmas tree lighting ceremony! HAHHA! I used to be Frosty for years, now I passed it down! HAHA!

That's a great thing about the Navy, the Sailors can take up another job training. That is such a boring job, Kim has. I'd fall asleep if I was staring at the radar screen! HAHA!

How's your daughter doing?

Everything is up in the air right now for the holidays.
Let me get going. So good to hear from you.
Take care and God bless.
Barbara

Dear Sandy,
How are you doing today?
That's something, Your mother loved figther planes. I never gave it a thought, or the ships either! HAAH!

That sounds like a great job. Good for your daughter!! That's one of the things I like the most in the Military, there's no gender jobs. A Sailor is a Sailor, they all do the same jobs.

My daughter Kim isn't crazy about her job. It is a boring job, she reads the radar. If it were me, I'd nod off to sleep staring at the screen! HAHA! When she reaches two years, she plans to request to return back to A School to learn something else.

While her ship was docked for 6 months, she was shown all the jobs on the ship. So she's thinking something with engine in it, I don't remember the exact title. She might as well take advantage of that opportunity.

My father was drafted in WW2, so he was anti-Military. I just thank God he's not around to know about Kim. Other then her job, she's enjoying herself.
She loves the cruises, she's on one now.

I hope to hear from you again. I wish your daughter all the best. God bless her.
Take care and God bless,
Barbara

Dear Sandy,
Welcome back! How are you doing today?
I got addicted to N4M, I'm here everyday, over a year now.

How long is your daughter In the Navy?
I'm guessing she's on the USS George Washington! HAHA!
My daughter Kim is on the USS Normandy in Virginia. she graduated a year ago last June. She's an Operational Specialist, she reads the radar.

What does your daughter do?
How does she like it so far?

I'll let you get going. I hope to hear from you again.
Take care and God bless,
Barbara
